Kathy has been with Schmale since 1998. She has been in the insurance industry since 1987. Kathy began her career as an Account Executive with Rogers Benefit Group. Later she was a Sales Representative with Pacific Life, traveling throughout MO, IL, TN, and OK.

Stephen W. Sedlak

Stephen is the newest member at Schmale joining the team in 2010. He is licensed in Commercial, Personal, Life, and Health Insurance. Stephen comes to us with great business and sales background. In 2005, while still attending college, Stephen started a refurbished cell phone business with four other college friends called Green Mobile, Inc. INC Magazine named Green Mobile as one of "The Coolest College Start-Ups" in their annual contest. After leaving Green Mobile in 2008, Stephen spent the next year and a half as an Assistant Manager and Corporate Account Manager for Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Looking for a more outside-sales based career, Stephen joined ADP, Inc. in 2009 as a District Manager. Stephen learned valuable sales and client satisfaction skills while working with small business in the St. Louis area.
